Check-in must be done between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., informing the owner of your arrival time in advance. The minimum age to check in is 18 and must be accompanied by proof of identity. Check-out must be between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Vale da Silva Villas only accepts cash payments.

Payment terms: the 1st half of the amount must be paid at time of booking; the 2nd half of the amount must be paid 2 days in advance (by transfer) or at check-in (in cash).

Under new government guidelines, presentation of the European Union (EU) Covid-19 Digital Certificate or negative test is mandatory at check-in.
