At the old kitchen we cook portuguese traditional food in a wood oven.
To cook we use traditional black crockery from Molelos (a place a few km from Aveiro) - platters and pots. The flavor of the food depends on it as well!
Goat, sheep and roasted pork are some of the meals you can experience.
